These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoneyLendingERP website and software (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to operate a lending or finance business in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• The 14-day free trial requires no payment and converts to a paid plan only if you choose to continue.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or using the Service for unlawful lending practices. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable money lending, KYC and data protection laws.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyLendingERP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any business or lending decisions made using the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data during the grace period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
